Practice Philosophy
Caring for you as he would care for his own family is at the forefront of everything Dr. Nathan Nieviadomy does as a dentist in Carleton Place. He loves connecting with people and learning what’s important to you. After getting to know you, Dr. Nieviadomy will work with you to help you find and keep your best oral health and most beautiful smile. Supporting our community and those who are less fortunate are important to Dr. Nieviadomy, so he supports local sports teams and offers free dental days to those in need.
Away From the Office
When he’s not in the office helping others love their healthy smiles, Dr. Nieviadomy enjoys family time with his wife Dr. Jennifer Silva and their children Kaden and Lincoln. As a family, they enjoy swimming, hiking, and going for bike rides. He also enjoys working out, watching movies on the big screen, and reading.

Growing up in Weyburn, SK, Dr. Nieviadomy always knew he wanted to pursue a medical career because he wanted to help people. What decided his direction was that dentistry allows him to work with his hands while making a positive impact on the lives of others. Dr. Nieviadomy earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2006. His commitment to continuing education brought him (and us!) an added bonus! While attending an orthodontics conference in 2014, he met his now-wife and practice partner, Dr. Jennifer Silva – which also brought him to Carleton Place!

Dr. Jennifer Silva knows how precious family is and is devoted to treating your family members as though they are her own. Taking a preventive approach is her priority and Dr. Silva will spend whatever time is needed to understand your goals and to give you the oral health education you want so you can keep your smile healthy and bright.
Away From The Office
Dr. Silva grew up in Ottawa and has always loved the small-town vibe of Carleton Place. So much so that when she met Dr. Nieviadomy at an orthodontics conference in Toronto, she convinced him to pack up his car and move here from Saskatchewan! Spending time with Dr. Nieviadomy and their two children Kaden and Lincoln is Dr. Silva’s greatest joy outside of dentistry. When she’s not hiking, swimming, biking, and exploring nature with her family, Dr. Silva enjoys snowboarding, cooking, listening to music, and travelling.
Education & Experience
Improving lives is Dr. Silva’s passion and dentistry allows her to do just that while also living a balanced lifestyle that allows ample time with family and friends. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the Université de Montréal (University of Montreal) in 2011. After practising in the Ottawa area, she joined Dr. Nieviadomy in private practice in 2019.

Away From The Office
Dr. Thaker spends as much time as possible with her husband, Sailesh, and their son, daughter, and daughter-in-law. When opportunity allows, she can be found hiking, paddleboarding, and skiing. She also enjoys unwinding with knitting and pottery-making sessions.
Education & Experience
A graduate of McGill University, Dr. Thaker earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992. She’s spent the last 31 years diligently helping her patients protect and strengthen their oral health, and she loves nothing more than walking beside patients as they achieve the healthy and beautiful smiles they’ve always wanted.

Continually committed to delivering the best care she can, Dr. Nicole Lane is focused on providing individualized treatments that address each patient’s unique needs and goals. Making dental experiences as positive as possible is at the heart of all she does, and she devotes herself to getting to know her patients, understanding their situations, and providing them with the information they need to make confident and informed choices about their oral health.
Away From The Office
Dr. Lane enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Brent, their twin boys, Owen and Jacob, and Maggie, the family’s 13-year-old sheltie. When her schedule allows, she likes to go on walks, knit, read, snowboard, and spend time on Mississippi Lake.
Education & Experience
Having achieved her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from McGill University in 2007, Dr. Lane completed her general residency at the University of Buffalo. While she loves all areas of general dentistry, she’s particularly interested in helping anxious patients of all ages feel at ease while receiving the diligent dental care they need. She’s also passionate about helping young patients with sleep-disordered breathing get the rest they need to become healthier and happier versions of who they already are.

Dr. Aneliya Borisova-Terzieva is a dedicated general dentist serving patients in Carleton Place . With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Borisova- Terzieva is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Dr. Borisova-Terzieva earned their dental degree from Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria and has completed additional training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. They are passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles through restorative and preventive care.
Known for their gentle approach and attention to detail, Dr. Borisova-Terzieva strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for every patient.
Dr Borisova-Terzieva is fluent in Bulgarian and English.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Borisova-Terzieva enjoys travelling, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Brooke joined our team in 2020, shortly after moving to the area from Charlottetown, PEI. She earned her Dental Hygiene diploma after becoming certified as a dental assistant, so if there is anything about your oral health or dental treatments you’d like to know more about, Brooke would be happy to help!
When she’s not at the dental office, Brooke enjoys visiting family and friends in PEI, walking with her German Sheppard dog Marley, and boating on the lake.

Jodi has been helping our patients as a dental assistant since 2003 and takes great pleasure in helping our dentists stay efficient while providing patient-centred care. She loves that she gets to meet and work with so many different people with different needs and expectations. This versatility and the ability to continually advance her interpersonal and technical skills makes coming to the office a joy.
Away from the practice, Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband, their two girls, and friends and family on the Mississippi.

Rachel graduated with honours from the Dental Assisting Program at Algonquin College in 2021. She is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and creating experiences that leave people feeling comfortable, and supported. Rachel enjoys building meaningful connections with her patients and takes pride in being part of a team that helps others feel confident in their smiles.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their two kids, Claire and Clayton. She’s happiest when surrounded by family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and making memories at the lake!

Dedicated to keeping our dental tools, machines, and office sterilized, Haley has been with our team for seven months and enjoys playing a role in helping our patients receive the quality dental care they deserve. She chose to join our team because of our focus on work/life balance and she plans to further her dental education by earning a dental terminology and sterilization HARP certification in the future.
During her free time, Haley loves paddleboarding, spending time with family, going to the gym, and playing soccer. She grew up in Vernon, British Columbia, and relocated to this area because she wanted to take on a new life adventure!

With more than 20 years of experience in the dental field, Annette is a graduate of Algonquin College and is highly focused on helping her patients feel like valued family members while in her care. She loves getting to know the person behind the smile and devotes herself to providing the best experience possible during every visit.
Annette has lived in our community since 2012 and is happily married to her husband, Greg. She’s a proud mother to Marshall and Jovie, and when she’s not caring for smiles, she enjoys sewing, paddleboarding, and hanging out with her family.

Kelly has been a part-time dental assistant for Dr. Silva for three years, after transitioning from her previous role as a PSW. Her caring nature and experience make her exceptional at helping patients feel comfortable during their visits.
Kelly loves being outdoors and spending time at the cottage with her son, Cooper, and their dog. Her commitment to helping the community and providing excellent care makes sure that every patient has the best experience possible.

Melanie is a graduate of Career Canada College and has been an important part of the Heritage Dental team for one year. She’s devoted to helping each person in her care understand the importance of good dental health, and prides herself on making patients feel comfortable throughout every treatment. Having grown up in Carleton Place, she loves caring for members of our community and working with a team that’s passionate about providing stellar patient care.
When away from the office, she loves spending time with her children and Angus the Saint Bernard. She enjoys snowshoeing, skiing, and paddleboarding, and makes a priority of staying active in the community by supporting local.

A 2019 graduate of Algonquin College, Ali is a Carleton Place native who has recently joined our team. She already loves our office energy and patient-centric care and is committed to helping patients achieve their oral health goals while encouraging and educating them on how to best optimize their dental health for life.
It’s her dream to visit as many different countries as possible, and during her free time, Ali loves getting outdoors with her husband, family, and friends. She also enjoys cozying up with her dog Stella and a cup of coffee.

Helping our family of patients achieve optimal oral health by providing them with safe and effective dental care has been Sara’s priority since joining our team in 2013. Sara earned a Dental Assisting diploma from Canadore College in 2003 and her Dental Hygiene diploma from Cambrian College in 2004. She loves working with others and being part of the great team we have at Heritage Dental.
When she’s not helping our patients find their best oral health, Sara enjoys paddle boarding, going for bike rides, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Emily
Having graduated from Canadore College with honours, Emily is a recent addition to our team and is focused on delivering friendly and empathetic care that helps patients prioritize and protect their oral health. She loves meeting new people and helping them feel comfortable in her chair is her passion.
Emily is from Carleton Place and during her downtime, she loves being with her boyfriend, Andrew, her dog, Waylon, and going on hikes with her sisters. It’s her dream to one day travel the world!

With our practice since 2018, Brenley places her focus on providing friendly oral hygiene care while helping her patients see the connections between oral health and whole-body health. Creating a relationship with you first, Brenley will work with you to help you achieve your goals and will give you whatever oral health and homecare instruction you need to stay healthy between appointments.
Brenley grew up in Westport and moved to Perth because it’s closer to the city. She spends her time with her partner Kurtis and their newborn Kasher, visiting with friends and family, exercising, and being outside as much as possible.

A recent addition to our team, Rebecca is a graduate of Canadore College. She’s devoted to providing the highest level of care she can while putting her patients’ needs first. She loves getting to know new and familiar faces and she makes it her mission to help patients understand how important it is for them to protect, prioritize, and optimize their oral health.
Rebecca grew up in Carleton Place and she enjoys going on walks with her dog, Waylon, and cozying up to watch a movie in her free time. Fun fact: She and her sister are both members of the Heritage Dental team!

After graduating from Algonquin College, Alex joined our practice in 2021, swiftly becoming a friendly, fun-loving, yet focused member of our dental team. She has a strong sense of community and takes great satisfaction in doing what she can to offer her hometown’s residents warm, compassionate care.
Alex aspires to create enduring relationships and greet each of you with the biggest smile the moment you enter and leave our clinic. She enjoys baking sourdough bread at home and spending time with her two daughters, Sophie and Josie when she’s not at Heritage Dental!

Kailee is a Registered Dental Hygienist, and Heritage Dental’s Invisalign Coordinator. After graduating from Niagara College, she spent 9 years working as an Orthodontic Hygienist before relocating to Ottawa in 2020.
Kailee has quickly become a friendly, caring member of our dental team. She’s committed to helping her patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles with her deep expertise and compassionate care.
When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her soaking up the sun in the great outdoors with her two children!

Part of our team since 2022, Ashley devotes herself to providing stellar customer service that puts patients at ease. She treats patients like she would like to be treated and loves nothing more than seeing them walk out of the office with a confident smile on their faces.
A Carleton Place native, when Ashely has free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hunting, playing soccer, and spending time with Copper, her beagle puppy.

Playing a pivotal role in our practice, Lynn has been part of our team since 2010 and has 28 years of experience in the dental field. She’s focused on helping patients improve their oral health, understand their insurance, and make informed decisions about their oral health. She loves being part of our fun, friendly, and team-focused office!
Lynn enjoys spending her downtime with her husband, Lee, and their twins, Colin and Justin. She loves being with family and friends, listening to live music, and it’s her dream to travel to every baseball stadium in North America to watch the Blue Jays play!

I’m a mom of three, a devoted grandma, and I love traveling to Jamaica any chance I get. With more than 14 years of expertise in the dental arena, Julie has a wealth of experience that makes her an asset in every area of our practice. She loves her patients and coworkers and passionately believes that everyone deserves to have access to great dental care.
In her free time, Julie enjoys being with her partner, Steve, and loves walking her dogs and volunteering. Her claim to fame is that she was Carleton Place’s first registered dental hygienist!

A recent addition to our team, Olivia comes to us with a background in biotechnology. She’s excited about having the opportunity to learn new skills and put patients at ease, and she chose to join our team because of our dedication to patient care and service. She also loves that we’re focused on having fun while working hard!
When she’s outside the office, Olivia loves spending time with her partner, Morgan. She also loves to read, cook, be outside, connect with her family at their cottage, and go on adventures with Hank, her two-year-old Dalmatian.

Dr. Park received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 2020. He began his dental career in Fredericton before making the move closer to home in Kanata. Dr. Park has been a valued member of our team since 2023.
With a strong commitment to patient-centred care, Dr. Park always puts his patients’ health, well-being, and confidence at the forefront of his practice. He has experience in a wide range of dental procedures, and his skills and extensive knowledge help ensure that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for.
Outside of the office, Dr. Park enjoys travelling, staying active through physical training, and discovering new foods. In his free time, he continues to expand his dental knowledge and skills while enjoying quality time with his family.
Dr. Vikas Arora
Dr. Vikas Arora
Dr. Vikas Arora is a dedicated general dentist committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. He earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in Punjab, India, and completed the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) equivalency process in January 2026, qualifying for licensure in Canada.
Dr. Arora offers a broad range of dental services, including restorative dentistry, preventive care, and cosmetic treatments. He emphasizes the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs, with a focus on achieving and maintaining long-term oral health. He is also committed to patient education, enabling individuals to make informed decisions about their care.
He maintains a strong commitment to continuing education, regularly enhancing his knowledge to stay current with advancements in dental technology, techniques, and treatment methods. Known for his calm and compassionate approach, Dr. Arora strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment, particularly for patients who may feel anxious about dental visits.

Lisa has been part of our team since 2023 and is one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors! As one of Office Administrator’s, she spends much of her day up front welcoming patients, helping with appointments, answering questions, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, Lisa is a true homebody at heart and enjoys staying close to home — unless, of course, there’s a horse-related adventure calling her name!
When she’s not at the office, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find Lisa at the barn. Horses have always been a big part of her life, and she spends several days a week riding and coaching. She also loves taking on new adventures in the equine industry and is always looking forward to what’s next.
Lisa enjoys getting to know our patients and helping make every visit to our office feel welcoming, comfortable, and a little more like home.

Sierra has been part of our team since 2018. As one of our Office Administrators, she spends much of her day up front welcoming patients, helping coordinate appointments, answering questions, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Sierra enjoys getting to know our patients and helping make every visit to our office feel welcoming, comfortable, and a little more like home.
Hope Foran

Hope has been part of our team since 2019. She is a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilization Assistant committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection prevention.
Outside of work, Hope enjoys spending quality time with her husband, James, their two children, and their Labrador. She loves cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors. Family and friends are very important to her, and she especially enjoys creating memories together and making the most of the time spent with the people she loves.
Julia Mcintyre

Julia graduated from the dental assisting program at Algonquin College in 2024. She enjoys building a genuine connection with her patients and being part of a team that makes a positive difference in their patients’ day.
Being from Douglas, Julia enjoys making the most of her family property with her boyfriend Brady and their border collie, Eddy. As well as golfing and spending time with her family and friends.

Brynn graduated with honours from Willis College’s Dental Assistant Program in 2023 and has been working at Heritage Dental ever since. She values building meaningful connections with patients and providing quality care that makes a difference in patients lives.
Outside of the office, you can find Brynn spending quality time with her Fiancée Kyle and their rescue dog Diego. Having grew up in the countryside, Brynn enjoys spending time outdoors, either fishing or hunting and spending time with her friends and family.

I’m a busy mom to a daughter and son who keep life fun and full of adventure. I love spending time with my family, whether we’re travelling somewhere new, exploring the outdoors, or just making memories together at home. You’ll usually find us outside in every season, from camping all summer long to winter snow adventures on the ski hill.

Kate graduated from Canadore College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2021 and began her career with our practice shortly after graduation. Raised in the Mount St. Patrick area, she is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles while providing a comfortable and welcoming dental experience.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys travelling, renovating her home, and spending time with husband, family, friends, and her beloved Labrador retriever.

Meghan Lesway, RDH, graduated from Niagara College in 2010 and has been working in the dental field for the past 15 years. Originally from Arnprior, I have spent my career at Heritage Dental (formally Rouble Glover Dentistry), building lasting relationships with patients and the team. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending time at our cottage in Quebec with my husband and son. I enjoy playing mixed slo-pitch during the summer months and snowmobiling in the winter.
Fun Fact: My kindergarten friends are still apart of my friend circle!

Graduated from Canadore College in 2009 and, originally from Southern Ontario, found her home in the Valley after completing her studies. She has enjoyed building her career in the community and found her forever dental home at Heritage Dental in the summer of 2022. Outside of work, Katrina loves spending time with her kids, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for her patients and is proud to be part of the Heritage Dental team.

Holly is a Registered Dental Hygienist and a 2018 graduate of Algonquin College. She loves getting to know her patients and creating a comfortable, positive dental experience. Holly is passionate about patient education and helping each person feel confident in caring for their smile.
Outside of the office, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and making memories with her children. She especially loves cottage weekends, relaxing by the river, gathering around a campfire, and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends

Shelley graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Algonquin College in 2017. Shelley truly enjoys making connections with patients and making them feel comfortable, cared for and at ease during their dental visits.
Outside of work, shelley is happiest being outdoors. Some of her hobbies are hunting, golfing and spending time with her husband & family and just appreciating the little moments along the way.
